UPPSC State Engineering Services (Mains) Exam 2024 – Revised Dates Announced
TheUttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released an important notice regarding the State Engineering Services (General/Special Selection) Mains Examination 2024. As per the revised schedule, the examination will now be held on 28th September 2025 (Sunday) and 29th September 2025 (Monday) in two sessions each day across two centers in Prayagraj and Lucknow.

Commission has the right to make changes in the schedule under unavoidable circumstances.
Day 1: General Hindi & General Studies
General Hindi: Tests grammar, comprehension, and writing skills.
General Studies: Covers current affairs, history, geography, polity, and science.
These papers are important for overall ranking and should not be ignored.
Day 2: Main Subject Papers
Focuses on technical knowledge in the candidate’s engineering stream.
Both papers cover the full syllabus of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Agriculture Engineering.
