NIACL AO SCALE Eligibility 2025

Administrative Officer (Accounts):

• Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
  OR

• Cost and Management Accountant (ICMAI / formerly ICWAI)
  AND

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD)
  OR

• MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / M.Com with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD)

2. Administrative Officer (Generalists):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline

• Must have 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD)

• Degree should be from a recognized university or equivalent qualification as per Central Government norms

 Selection Process – NIACL AO 2025

The selection process will consist of the following stages:

1. Preliminary Examination (Objective Test)

2. Main Examination (Objective + Descriptive Test)

3. Descriptive Test (Letter Writing & Essay – online typing)

4. Interview

5. Final Selection – Based on marks obtained in Mains and Interview.

Note: Candidates must qualify in each stage to progress to the next round.
